Carrot facial to brighten the face!!

Experts say that eating vegetables and fruits not only enhances our health but also our beauty.  Eating carrots will brighten our skin color.


We know that the nutrients in carrots are good for eye health.  As well as eating carrots, aesthetic experts say the skin is healthy.
