Every day a variety of things cause us stress.  This causes the body to vibrate suddenly and become angry.  But not beautiful for a healthy body.  What can we do to control this?  Ever wondered?  Do you think food products, soft drinks, medicines, massage, prayers etc would benefit?  Not sure. According to a study by a group of experts, parents should give their children a limited amount of sugar at an early age, and add more vegetables to their diet.  Even in foods labeled as 'no sugar added', sugar goes into the body through honey or juice.  The Royal College of Pediatrics and Child Health recommends that parents should ensure that children eat a low-sugar diet, while introducing bitter flavor to their children.  Taking such precautions can save children from tooth decay, poor health and obesity.  Experts say that the sugar content is higher than the manufacturer's stated in the prescribed food items, and that this applies to medicines and juices as well.       It has been suggested that parents should not give children artificially added sugary drinks and instead offer fruit, milk or non-sugary dairy products.  How much time can children spend on electronic screens?  Professor Marie Poudrell of the research group says that sugar or sweetene
