Here are some yogas to help reduce stress and anger in daily life.

Every day a variety of things cause us stress.  This causes the body to vibrate suddenly and become angry.  But not beautiful for a healthy body.


 What can we do to control this?  Ever wondered?  Do you think food products, soft drinks, medicines, massage, prayers etc would benefit?  Not sure.

Whereas there is no solution to this.  Yes!  Yoga is an amazing remedy that has been used for many hundreds of years.  We are ignorant of its greatness.

 Yoga solves all the effects of our body.  Among them, you can find what is known as yoga to reduce stress and anger

1 - Frontal Bending (Utanasana)



 Stand up straight and bend the body forward.  Add both sides to touch the other hand.  It balances the nervous system and provides peace of mind.  Whereas back pain, hands pain and high blood pressure should be consulted by doctors.


2. Thunderbolt

             
Lie on the floor with your arms crossed over the chest.  It helps greatly in food digestion.  Before going to bed at night, you can try this yoga daily
