These exercises you do will do more harm than good ...!

Exercise is essential to maintain our body health and improve our health.  Exercises are especially needed for weight loss.  But it is impossible to say that all exercise will provide you with benefits.  This is because some exercises do more harm than good.

Exercises that you do will not help you lose weight, in fact, cause some muscle damage.  You can see which exercises in this post will not help you lose weight.


Pulling lat behind the head



         In this exercise, you are sitting in a machine with a weighted cable bar hanging over your head.  This exercise is more likely to hit your neck.  And this can put your shoulder at greater risk.  Thus affecting its flexibility.

Alternative:


An alternative to this exercise is to sit slightly in the same machine and pull the small wire up to your front chest.  Do not pull your shoulders with your hands.

Crunches :


        Wondering why crunches are so easy?  According to fitness experts, this workout will not only tighten the center of your body but also your stomach.

Alternative:


Perform the plank Exercise instead of Replacement Crunches.  This will tighten your chest devotion.  It cannot be supplied by crunches.

Tying the belt and lifting weights:


Tying the belt and lifting weights will not only give you the muscle, but also give you the results you expected.  Instead, it will weaken your muscles. 

Alternative:


If you lift too much weight, you may experience back pain and muscle cramps.  Avoid wearing belts unless recommended by your doctor.
