What are the main causes of high blood pressure?

Cooking salt is the first cause of high blood pressure.  In many ways, too much salt in the body increases blood pressure.  If blood pressure rises, then there are many problems.


Reasons:


 There are many causes of high blood pressure.  Water, body salt, kidney, nervous system, blood vessels, hormones are important.

If left unchecked, high blood pressure can lead to stroke, speech impairment, heart attack, heart failure, kidney disease, and even death.



 People who are overweight, people who are depressed, people who are overweight, people who have high alcohol intake, salt, pickles, chickpeas, people who have high blood pressure in the family, smokers, people with diabetes.



 Some people have no idea what causes it.  They refer to this as Essential Hypertension.  Blood pressure can be high due to damage to other organs for some time.



 One and a half teaspoons of salt is sufficient per day.  The food we eat is 4mg of salt.  If the gram level is exceeded, it can affect the kidneys.

Take the juice of the curry leaves, mix it with a little lemon juice and drink it in the morning.  Include plenty of curry leaves, greens and fruits in your diet.



 If you eat raw spinach and stewed foods often, the blood pressure will be reduced.



 If you add lemon, mint and coriander to your diet, the salt requirement will be reduced.  Drinking 2 toothpaste in green milk and drinking it at night will reduce blood cholesterol and cholesterol.
