Where is fat in women's body?

Research has shown that women who have a menstrual cycle have more fat in their legs than their stomachs, with relatively few heart attacks.

According to a study published in the journal European Heart Journal, women who have stroke-related heart problems are more likely to have fat than their feet.

Scientists have suggested that women with an apple-like physique need to cut the cap.

Researchers have suggested that'll further studies should be conducted to determine the association between belly and stroke or heart problems.

The manner in which the study was conducted

For this study, the health of 2,600 women over the age of 18 with the correct body weight, ie the body mass index, ranging from 18 to 25, was monitored.

Launched in the United States in the mid-1990s under the title 'Woman Health Initiative', all women who participated in the study were tested for fat, muscle and bone density at specific intervals.

At the end of this research, it was found that women with belly were more likely to suffer from heart problems than women with hip and thigh fat.

 Middle aged women

It has already been confirmed by studies that fat accumulated around the stomach, known as visceral fat, increases the risk of metabolic complications such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

Researchers say that the reason why the fat stored in the toes is relatively safe is not well understood and that it does not cause problems elsewhere in the body.

Researchers say that fat loss in the abdomen is an undesirable change in the lifestyle of women over the age of 30.

While previous research has been conducted on women's overall body weight, Professor Xi from the Albert Einstein School of Medicine in New York says they have used more accurate measurements.

"All of the women who participated in our study were of average body weight. So, regardless of the average body weight, her health depends on which part of the body, including the abdomen or leg, is high," says Professor See.

 What is the solution?

Professor Xie says women should pay more attention to fat in the dislocated area than fat in the foot.

"It is still unclear whether there is a specific diet that helps replace the fat accumulated in the abdomen. Until we find the answer to this, women should try to eat healthy and exercise regularly," he adds.
