Do you know what the consequences of avoiding breakfast ...?

Many people skip breakfast because I believe in weight loss.  In the study of those who skipped breakfast, blood pressure was higher than normal for most people.

High blood pressure patients, whether they eat regularly in the morning.  Studies have shown that people who eat more than those who eat breakfast are more likely to get heart disease.

Sugar Disease: Avoiding breakfast can affect your glucose metabolism and increase your chances of developing diabetes.

 When not eating in the morning, glucose-insulin-dependent activities are reduced.  This is followed by excessive insulin secretion, followed by changes to compensate for the excess glucose obtained by lunch.  After a few months, the insulin resistance of the parasite occurs, and we become a diabetic.

Hormone Changes: Avoiding foods reduces the levels of dopamine and serotonin hormones in the body.  These two hormones help keep the mind excited.

When you avoid food, there are many changes in the nature of the ghrelin hormone that triggers the appetite and the leptin hormone that gives you the feeling of 'eating enough.'  More mouthwash is likely.

 When food is not inhaled by the digestive glands which are secreted at a particular time, the membrane in the abdominal muscles is likely to have ulcers.  Also feeding can cause diarrhea and digestive disturbances.
