In today's hectic daily life, it is common for us to miss out on the many things we need for physical health.  Morning exercise is essential, how it benefits the body and mind, and how daily life changes.

 Exercise increases blood circulation throughout the body.  This allows the blood to get enough oxygen.  Exercise is often prevented from getting into the bloodstream and freezing more quickly.
